The ED is responsible to achieve the goals of ODAA as defined by the Board of Directors. The ED will effectively manage the operations of the association to function smoothly and economically and will creatively define and enhance the scope of the association. Although the ED does not directly work with all processes of the operation, he/she is responsible to manage and ensure the effective operation of the association and its business functions.

These front-line staff members provide direct service to our members regarding membership, programs, services, benefits and information. These key staff members are often the first person that prospective members speak to and therefore are important to the public relations of the association. These staff members work closely with the Program Director in delivery of services.
