Interested in helping smokers quit?

Monday, July 12, 2010

The Ontario Dental Assistants Association is a member organization of CAN-ADAPTT, a Health Canada funded project developing a practice-informed Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) for smoking cessation in Canada. As a Practice-Based Research Network, CAN-ADAPTT is committed to facilitating research and knowledge exchange among health care providers, decision makers and researchers to help more Canadians successfully quit smoking.

Visit their website (www.can-adaptt.net) to access the national guideline and use the discussion board to share resources, ask questions and exchange information with other providers. Registration is free or please contact Tamar Meyer, Ontario Provincial Coordinator at tamar_meyer@camh.net for more information.
