How much do dental assistants make?

The ODAA has found that the dental assistant salary varies greatly from province to province, and office to office. However, after considerable research and input from Ontario dental assistants, we have established these salary recommendations as a guideline for dentists.

	New Grad	3-5 Years
Level I	$15 per hour	$17 - $20 per hour
Level II	$16 - $18 per hour	$20 - $23 per hour
CDR	$16 per hour	$19 - $23 per hour
Office Managers / Treatment Coordinators		$24 - $32 per hour
